TV Im Mai 2022 habe ich den Mangenta Prepaid M Tarif auf den Jahrestarif geändert. Mein damaliges Restguthaben von 4.71 € hat sich im Laufe des Monats 2x verringert auf aktuell 2,.. €. Einen Grund dafür finde ich nicht, auch habe ich keine Rechnung für irgend etwas gefunden. Alle Anrufe in deutsche Mobilfunknetze sollten doch inkludiert sein?
