URGENT I have to cancel my contract (internet)

Hello,

I am moving abroad on Aug 31th, 2023 and I want to cancel my contract with Telekom.

It seems that I need the "De-registration certificate from the residents' registration office", but I can only have that 7 days before my departure, which is too late as I have to give a notice 1 month before. What can I do? In addition, I have to return the router.

You only need one of the following documents as proof:

De-registration certificate from the residents’ registration office or

the Certificate from the new employer

or Marching orders (for soldiers).

Then you can order everything using the linked form.
