I want to cancel my prepaid contract and would like to port my number to another provider. I tried contacting the helpline with the help of my friend who can speak German. But unfortunately no one is answering the call. So, right now, I have submitted my prepaid contract cancellation today. Could you please help me with this. It's urgent.
