Wir haben eine Router 925 V ohne Mesh und daher das Wlan-Netz um die Telekom Speed Home Wifi ergänzt, um einen weitere Magenta-Receiver in einem anderen Raum einzubinden. Wir wollen jetzt die Digitalthermostate Eurotronic Comet Wifi anschaffen. Da immer von einer 2.4 GHz Funkfrequenz gesprochen wird, die Speedhome-Wifi aber m.W. mit einem Netz von 5 Ghz ausgestattet sind, nun meine Frage ob eine Anbindung der Thermostate ohne weiteres möglich ist. Ich bin, wie man aus der Frage sicher schließen kann, kein Techniker, sondern personierter Bankkaufmann, also bitte Nachsicht mit mir!

Speed Home WiFI und Speed Home WLAN übertragen das 2,4 und das 5 GHz WLAN.

Hello.

My German is bad. I have a ticket open regarding my move of apartment in 2 weeks. I have sent an email over 10 days ago with the details.

I did receive an email giving me a callback number but this number gave back an error (it did not work). I have also called the help number (with the assistance of a German colleague at work). I was informed that someone would call me to discuss the next day. I received no call back, no missed calls or email.

I would like to continue using Telkom in my new address or be allowed to terminate my contract as I am moving apartment on the 31.4.2020.
