As exchanged I will share with you my new registration that will confirm my move to the new city in Germany associated with the contract I shared with your team last week.
It will be the proof that I have relocated in Germany but in a temporary serviced apartment without possibility to use my own internet contract.
Please let me know if I missed anything from our exchange.
I will shared the anmeldung from the week of the 15th of December.

yes, don't worry.
Please send us a document proving that a contract exists at the new address, as well as the registration confirmation, then we will terminate the contract for one month.

Rental contract
Internet Bill from the rental apartment
Proof of Anmeldung in Dusseldorf
Please let me know if anything is missing or if you have all the elements to proceed to the cancelation of my contract.
