I can not find an English speaking phone line to call, so hoping you can help me here. I just need someone to check the status of my Festnetz contract. I am not sure if it is getting cancelled this month? My circumstances have changed, and so I need to continue with the current contract please. Could someone please email me or respond on here to confirm it will continue?
