Confused on status of my order - need english assistance

Hello,

I signed up for an internet tarife with Telekom, and am supposed to have a technician come tomorrow, which still shows in my account details. However, I also received a letter in the mail stating that my contract was cancelled. I am confused and would love some clarity on what is happening. I tried to call the hotline, and they gave me the non-functional english hotline number (0800 33 01080). How can I get some assistance on this?

      I have informed the Telekom hilft Team. Please edit your profile with contact data (a phone number where you can be reached) and keep your customer number and the last six digits of your IBAN at hand for authentication.
