Cancel order, provider switch, and phone number porting of unverified(?) customer, English assistance

Dear community

I have been with a different internet provider for a while. Yesterday a gentleman from Telekom was visiting the apartments in my budling to offer a switch to glass fiber provided by Telekom.

I initially accepted this offer and filled out all the required forms. I was told that someone would phone me to confirm the order.

 

For personal reasons I would like to cancel the order. I would like to stay with my current provider.

I am struggling to get help canceling the order since I speak only English and I don't have a customer number, only an order number.

Yesterday I had many appointments and I was unable to answer the call to verify my order. Today I have not received any calls. 

 

What will happen if I do not receive any more calls to verify my order? Since the documents have been digitally signed on the tablet during the visit from the gentleman from Telekom will the order proceed anyway?

 

How can I stop the order and also stop the switch of internet provider?

Will I need to contact my current provider to let them know that I am not switching anymore?
