Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
The identifier is assigned to the internet connection, so anyone connecting their device and consenting to the Utiq technology will receive the same identifier. Typically:
- on a broadband connection (e.g., Wi-Fi), the marketing or analytics will be performed based on the browsing activities of consenting household members’.

es könnte auch noch andere Lösungen geben, die allerdings nicht so komfortabel wären. Es gibt z.B. auch die reine Streaming Variante, wo bis zu 2 Geräte verwendet werden können:

Ich würde es „richtig“ machen. Wenn ich 2 unabhängige Fernseher haben möchte und schon einen Media Receiver 401 habe, würde ich noch einen 201 dazu nehmen für 4 Euro im Monat.

Das kommt ein wenig drauf an...
Öffentlich-Rechtliche (unverschlüsselte) als LiveTV kann man u.U. auch ohne separaten Receiver empfangen - falls das TV-Gerät einen passenden Streaming Player wie z.B. den vlc enthält oder installieren lässt und falls das TV-Gerät eine Verbindung zum Internet hat. Man benötigt nur die entsprechenden Adressen für die einzelnen Sender: https://db.iptv.blog/multicastadressliste
(Ich meine damit übrigens nicht die MagentaTV App Plus Zubuchoption, die von @Coole Katze verlinkt wurde)
Wenn Du aber vollumfänglich MagentaTV nutzen möchtest, dann kommst Du um einen zweiten Receiver nicht herum.
