Today (02.10.2026) I had an appointment at 14:30 at the Telekom Shop Berlin Pankow. I arrived about 2 minutes early.
The staff told us to wait. We then waited about 22–24 minutes. During this time nobody helped us and nobody told us how long it would take. There were three employees in the shop.
I booked an appointment so that I would not have to wait. If appointments are not kept, why should I book one? I lost a lot of time because of this.
I would like to make an official complaint and I am asking for a response. I can share the name of the staff member and my customer numbers by private message.
