Wechsel von Family Card Basic 5. Generation zu MagentaMobil Prepaid 5G-Jahresvertrag

Guten Abend,

 

besteht die Möglichkeit, aus einem bestehenden Vertrag „Family Card Basic, 5. Generation“ in den „MagentaMobil Prepaid 5G -Jahrestarif“ zu wechseln und dabei die Rufnummer beizubehalten? Online habe ich das nichts ausmachen können.

 

Der Vertrag der Family Card kann laut Kundencenter ordentlich zum 13.03.2023 gekündigt werden.

    Hotline anrufen, das zum Vertragsende  ein Tarifwechsel in den Jahrestarif gemacht werden soll.

    Nach der Umstellung muss dann umgehend und Zeitnah das Guthaben (Also 100€) aufgebucht werden, damit der Tarif aktiv wird.

    noch bis ca. 10:30 Uhr unter der im Profil hinterlegten 0160er Rufnummer erreichbar.

     

    Edit @Finn A. : jetzt wieder ab 12:00 Uhr bis vorauss. 14:00 Uhr.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
