Hallo liebe Community. ich habe neue Mobilfunkverträge bestellt. Jetzt sollte ich Video Ident durchführen. Das klappt weder mit meinen IPhones und Android Smartphone noch mit meinem Laptop. Was muss man einstellen? Magenta App geht auch nicht, hängt seit 30 min. Verschiedene Browser probiert. Bitte um hilfe Gruß
