Umstellung Family Card Start auf Family Card Basic (aber mit älterer MagentaMobil Version)

Hallo,

ich überlege gerade eine vorhandene Family Card Start Prepaid Karte auf Family Card Basic umzustellen.

Das ganze als MagentaEins Kunde aber mit einem MagentaMobil Tarif der 3. Generation. Meines Wissens haben sich die Konditionen seither geändert und ich bin nicht sicher, welche nun bei obiger Umstellung für mich gelten. Online lässt sich eine Umstellung offenbar auch nicht beantragen.

 

Wie wären die Konditionen in meinem Fall:

- monatliche Kosten

- monatliches Volumen

- Data Basic Option

?

    Die MagentaMobil Tarife sind mittlerweile in der 5. Generation angelangt. Einen Generationswechsel kannst du ganz einfach im Kundencenter oder über den Kundenservice (Hotline: 0800 33 02202 / Text- oder Videochat / Telekom-Shop) beauftragen.

     

    Ein Generationswechsel ist jedoch für dein Vorhaben eine FamilyCard Start in eine FamilyCard Basic umwandeln zu wollen nicht notwendig. Den Wechsel auf die FamilyCard Basic kannst du über das Formular HIER beauftragen😉Preislich liegt die FamilyCard Basic bei einem monatlichen Grundpreis von nur 4,95€. Darin enthalten ist eine Flat ins Telekom Mobilfunknetz und 1GB Datenvolumen (durch M1: 500MB + 500MB), anderweitige Verbindungen kosten 9ct pro Minute und SMS.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
