Prepaid customer number

Hello,
I have a prepaid phone number, and I need my customer number. Telekom online help says it is in my MeinMagenta profile, or on my bills. I don't get bills as I am prepaid, and there is no personal data in my profile in the app. Does anyone know where else I can get this please? I am going round in circles.

Just use the web application, then open "Meine Kundennummern"
