Moin zusammen,

mein Vater möchte von einem MagentaMobil S 1. Generation in deinen MagentaMobil S For Friends (Rabattcode vorhanden) wechseln, bekommt aber die Meldung "Der Tarif ist in der Kombination nicht verfügbar", obwohl der neue Tarif trotz Rabattierung teurer ist - kann man da etwas machen?
