Technician appointment

Hi everyone 

I need urgent assistance with my internet activation. The technician failed to reach me because i don’t have a German numbers and he called my landlord instead of me, even though I was at home waiting during the whole appointment. I received an email stating I have to pay €49.95 fee, since i was not at home but this is not true. My router is already connected, there is something that i could do to avoid further delays, or schedule a new appointment using my correct phone number. Thank you

      As your landlord got the message for making a new appointment now, and she also gets the message for verifying, please call her to get a new appointment with a technician. 

       

      I wrote in the order that you speak English and I sent your callback number there. But unfortunately I cannot change the callback number that's set in the order. 

       

      As soon as you get the invoice for the 49,95 Euro, please write to me here again. I will make a refund for it, then.
