Can't submit my Leitungs-ID to the ready to surf portal, would like to see if I can skip the technician appointment

Hello, the 'Ready to Surf' webpage is unfortunately not loading. I have securely saved my line ID and order number in my community profile. Could you please cancel the technician appointment for me? Thanks
