Relocation/moving/change off address

I am moving my apartment on 16/12/2022. Mu new location has telekom fiber infrastructure. I currently have an telekom dsl internet. I would like to create an appointment for moving and changing my service to fiber while doing so. Could you help me with the appointment?

day time works me, available from now till night to receive the call.

I am not sure if it is related to this but my internet does not work at home at the moment. I hope a transfer request did not cause me to lose my access now, before moving.

Hallo, ähm, mein Niederländisch ist nicht so gut, aber lassen Sie mich das erklären. Ich habe versehentlich die falsche Adresse für das Internet geschrieben. Jetzt möchte ich, dass sie zur aktuellen Adresse kommen, um das Internet zu installieren, aber ich weiß nicht, wann sie kommen oder ob sie dazu bereit sind.
