Ranger Marketing - Deceptive Claims and Unable to Reach Agent

Hello Telekom hilft Team, I need help with a Ranger Marketing doorstep sale from June 26, 2026. The agent at my door told me I must to switch from Congstar to Telekom, which I questioned, but he told me that Congstar would no longer be available at my address. I have since seached on Congstar and found this to be untrue. I chose Congstar for the flexibility and he explicitly assured me that I could keep my month-to-month plan by calling back around the time of my new Telekom contract start and requesting a new, flexible contract. I have now reached out to him many times with much patience, only to be left unanswered and without help. Based on the assurance that I could change the tariff later by simply calling him, I signed the new contract. The activation happened on August 31, 2026, and I discovered the contract has a 24-month minimum term – exactly the opposite of what was promised. I am contesting the contract under § 123 BGB for fraudulent misrepresentation, as I only signed due to the false assurances. Please review my case and cancel this contract concluded under false pretenses. I would be happy to call during during the weekday, from 09:00-19:00. Thank you!

In one way this is true, in another way this is a lie:
Once the new Telekom contract has started you can call Telekom and request a tariff change to a flexible variant - so after the first 24 months this will be activated according to your request (that will then be 24 months old).
You write in English probably your German is not good enough and probably the Ranger' English ist not good enough in order to allow an unambigouos communication.
