Please help me in English, The DSL connection isn't stabile

I'm deeply sorrow for not able to speak German but I'm learning.
I'm software developer and the internet connection is crucial for my job.

 

I was using Vodafone couple of months ago, I had stabilization issues so the guy in Telekom support suggested to switch Telekom for "Better" support.

So I'm using Telekom for 2/3 months, I still have stabilization issue. I attached router logs in this post.

 

If you check the logs, you will see one specific one explain the situation.
(R006-1) DSL antwortet nicht mehr (erfolgreiche DSL-Synchronisierung wurde verloren).

 

First approach from Telekom side was "Your router is old", I rent brand new from Telekom (Speed Port 4).
Nothing changed except I'm going to pay router rental.

 

They send technical to fix this issue, He changed only cabel positions and he didn't find any issue.
Then, I waited couple of days for making observation. Nothing changed, literally nothing.

 

After contacting with Telekom technical person, They said "No problem exists in your internet".
The question what should I do next?

      Hi again,
      I don't know what changed, or maybe the router just did some kind of calibration—or should I call it a "God miracle" 😅

      The internet is way better than on 16.09.2024.

       

      I had only one interruption, which is totally okay.

      2024-09-17 03:43:10 (R006-1) DSL is no longer responding (successful DSL synchronization was lost).


      Good news:

      I have the key for a couple of weeks, so there will be no more issues accessing the basement.

      Noch nicht, Ich kann warten aber Ich arbeit heute zu hause.
      Das telekom website sagt mir dass "Noch 1 Kunde vor Ihnen" 

       

      Es tut mir leid für mein schade Deutsche Fröhlich

      I talked with technical guy.

      He literally doesn't know what happened two days ago (16/09/2024) but he said exactly that "Everything seems OK, there is no problem. I don't see any problems"

      Also he added,  he cannot nothing to do.

       

      As i said before, Today I had only one interrupting which means more than ok for me.

      As lastly, we decided "Let observe the network for couple of day"
