Not able to change the internet speed

Hey ,

i wanted to upgrade my internet speed and i did as far as i knew changed the contract to a different speed and received all relevant confirmation on my email and a new technicians appointment, which I did find confusing since the landline was already setup. Now I looked up my appointment out of curiosity today and it shows that the upgrade has been cancelled. I tried going through the process again of upgrading but it won't let me . If anyone could offer some insight on the matter , that would be appreciated,

      @Niohnn  Du wolltest einen neuen Vertrag abschließen ( Techniker)und kein Upgrade darum wurde er wieder stoniert. 

      Geh ins Kundencenter unter deinen Vertrag ob eine höhre Geschwindigkeit angeboten wird,wird es dort nicht angezeigt,ist es nicht möglich

      A technician appointment indicates that this is about a second contract. Not about a speed upgrade.

      So unless you have received a cancellation message from Telekom I guess there might be a technician showing up today...

      In many cases it is possible to provide a second landline, a second TAE plug will be installed in such cases.
