Internet not working - New connection Today

Hello,

My Internet MagentaZuhauseXL order was executed today 25.08.2022 and Technical person connected the DSL line.  However, I cannot connect to the Internet. The modem/router (Speedport 3) is correctly connected but does not give me a white light on Online, Telephone and unable to connect internet shows not internet connection/status is: secured, no internet). Spoke at service Centre they said in German that i have to wait till 9.00 pm because of betriebsstellung as in understand because my german is not good.

 

I would be happy to provide any info needed in order to get this sorted.

      @Neelam 

       

      Did you check whether the sleeing mode of the LEDs ist de-activated?

       

      By default, only the "Status" LED is active - the LEDs "Link", "Online", "Telefonie" and "Service" are de-activated.

      @Leprechaun2 how to check sleeding mode of the Led. My router shows white light on Status and link rest are blank.

      First of all, you must choose "Expert" mode - then  look at page 275.

       

      I hope you will understand the German instructrions...

      @Leprechaun2 Thank you for the help, i have tried the setting as given but still the situation is the same.

      Hi @Neelam ,

      you should wait until 9 pm and then - if not working - do a diagnosis:

      www.Telekom.de/stoerung 

      If there is a problem the diagnosis should detect it and trigger a ticket. Please report here what happened.

      Problem was in the outer line, he want and done some corrections and Internet went up.
