Internet connection problem

Hello.

We recently moved to Germany and got Telekom DSL Internet.

The technician came today to install the internet. He did something outside the house, changed a cable inside the house (the DSL cable) and checked with his tools something then he left and we don't have an internet connection. In the router the "Link" LED is blinking which from what I understand it's because there is no DSL connection.

What is going on?

      For an easy clarification, plse complete
      under Profile Settings (“Profil”) - My Settings (“Meine Einstellungen”)
      your customer no. (“Kundennummer”) and your phone number (“Rückrufnummer”)

      (unless already done).

      This data can be read only by you and the
      Telekom employees.

      So that a direct communication is much easier.

      Request for short entry as soon as your data are stored

      Hello @bysebaxx,

      at first welcome to Telekom and in our community.

      I'm sorry that the activation of your contract did not work as suspected today. Which router do you use? Did you disconnect the router for a few minutes and restart the engine? Is he then getting a DSL signal?

      I´d like to support you so we can get your connection running.

      At least one thing. Can you please add a german callback number in your profile?

      I bought a second hand Speedport W 724V Typ A.

      Tried rebooting and resetting it, which just managed Show me in the routers app that router status and the rest are bad.

       

      And I don't have a German phone number yet.
