Increased monthly invoice

Hello everyone

So I have a question about the price of the monthly bill. I had a promotion period to pay 35 euros monthly and after a year I pay 49.so after this period I have Pai2 bills of 49 euros and the next bills some months in a row are 55.ehy does that happen?
