How to activate SMB3 on Speedport Smart 3?
Hello
Currently Speedport Smart 3 is using by default SMB1 which is obsolete on all standard operating systems due to security issues
How is it possible to activate SMB2 or SMB3?
Best regards

It is not possible. Full stop.
Buy a better router (Fritz!Box 7530 and 7590 support SMB3, as do older models which still receive firmware updates) or, even better, buy a proper NAS box like Synology of QNAP. They all support SMBv3.

Hence Speedport Smart 3 is possibly obsolete, as well.
Telekom claims (amongst others) security aspects as pro for the Speedport models. Fail (at least in this case)
