Help in English. No Internet, new contract, router working fine except for Internet

Hey guys. 

 

Really need some help. 

 

Recently signed up for an Internet only tariff. Received a Speedport Pro router in the post and a visit from a technician. 

 

However, while my phone can connect to the router, it just says "connected with no Internet" 

 

Happy to provide any info needed in order to get this sorted. 

 

Really sorry I don't speak any German.

      Hi @AndrewJ90,

       

      thank you very much for your message.
      I will send a technician to you on 22 February between 4 and 8 pm. The technician will check your internet connection again.

      Hey guys just wanted to check in again and let you know, the technician came today and sorted out the router. 250mb speeds. Absolutely delighted. The technician was an absolute gentleman.

       

      Thanks again for the incredible service. Providing quick help, to someone thst doesn't even speak the language is genuinely amazing. Thanks a million.
