No internet - new contract

Hi,
I have a new dsl contract, and we received the device yesterday.
I connected the device in the telephonesocket and electrisocket but unfortunately there is no internet connection found.
The device only has white light on in the Status and WLAN buttons.
Any idea what is the problem? Thank you.

As promised on the phone, I'll keep an eye on this thread and am looking forward for your update on tuesday after the technician visited you.
