Hey, as mentioned in the subject line. my old router was not working so I got a new one, but after trying to repeatedly reset it and making sure that the DSL Cable is plugged in, the internet is not working, and the area detection also fails, I am attaching the screenshot of the router page.

Thank You, My landlord has the contract in his name (I assume), but I can help diagnose if that is okay. Let me know how to proceed.

Hi @ashhadrehman,
Did I understand correctly, that it is not you contract? If so, I am not able to help you, because of data security.
I would have called to speak about options, but the number in your profile seems to be landline number of the contract. So if the landline is still not working, the owner of the contract needs to get in touch with us.
Sincerely,
Johannes
