Contract Cancellation

Hello,
I turned in my Magenta TV Box: 402xxxx and Speedport Router: 4029xxxx today at the Lxxxxxxx, Bxxxx. x, 65xxx Wiesbaden store. I was told that I needed to go online and officially request the cancellation of my contract. I am reloacting to the USA on the 26th of this month and need to cancel my contract. Please let me know if there is anything else that you need from me in order to get the contract cancelled.

Seit wann ist die Adresse eines Telekom Shops "personal information"???
Wenn man in google telekom shop wiesbaden eingibt, dann weiß man zudem mit dem "L" und dem "B" um welchen Shop es geht

Hey @Victor Strange
when you filled out the online form and attached the document indicating the reason for your departure - you did everything correctly. As soon as the cancellation has been processed by our system, you should get a confirmation email.
If that is not going to happen in the next days, please contact us again, so we can take a look if everything worked out as it should.
