All of my incoming emails(about 40 Emails) were deleted
3 years ago
On 14 August 2022, all of my incoming emails that were located on my computer/handy were removed or deleted. About 40 Emails were deleted or removed. I need some of the emails. About two weeks ago, Telekom in Kaiserslautern, started a program with me to insure I had adequate space by deleting certain information and increasing my space. I pay extra each month for this service.

Sorry, @JC40 , if you don't find your mails in the trash bin or in a local backup, they are gone.
Pls. change your headline and delete personal data as your mailadress.
This is an open forum and ready for adress-collectors. Happy spam!

Hello @JC40
One thing in advance:
Please do not post any personal information here in the public customer community.

If the emails are no longer in the recycle bin, they are gone forever. Do you have the storage period set to unlimited?
Did you create a backup?
Many greetings

You do not understand. I didn't delete those email. Someone from Telekom deleted those. Emails. All emails from the Sent , trash and etc were deleted. I enrolled in a program with Telekom where they ensure I have enough space
I pay every month 2 Euros to have this done. They deleted the wrong items.

Hello @JC40
Then something really went wrong. Unfortunately these emails are gone. You might delete yourself in the future and empty the recycle bin to save disk space.
Maybe Telkom misunderstood you. If you right-click on the "Inbox" , "Sent" folders, please set the storage period to "Never delete". So that the accidental mistake does not happen again, I would do it myself.

This type of error is common when a computer program is configured to download emails using the POP3 protocol.
POP3 deletes all emails from the server immediately or after a configured period of time.
In any case, you are the responsible person for regularly backing up all your emails.
If they haven't, they're gone.
There are Telekom no employees which have access to your psotoffice at the server.
