The status of my contract

Dear all
I requested termination of my contract in June 2018 (Reason: Moving abroad). I have submitted request of termination in writen, all the necessory documents and the instrument to the nearest telekom shop, but till date I have not received any responce from telkom nor any confermation of termination.
At the moment I have alredy moved out of Germany,please help me resolve my contract.

I had a look at your contract. The contract is terminated on 1. October 2018. I will send you the confirm letter via E-Mail. I'll take the one out of our system. Is there anything else I can do for you?
