Ich besitze eine MagentaTV One und habe MagentaTV Smart abonniert. Seit gestern kann ich kein TV mehr ansehen, weil ich aufgefordert werde, MagentaTV zu buchen (sh. Foto). Wie kann ich dieses Hemmnis überwinden?
