Unauthorized/Unknown Contract on my name

Dear Telekom Community,
Today, When I was working i received an email from telekom that “Auftrag Bestätigung” for Magenta TV flex. When i open the email in pdf its a confirmation. I am not speaking German very well. I have tried to contact telekom help and I have been found that someone on the shop in the whole Germany which i have no idea where made the tv contract on my name.
i don’t know who made the contract and where. I have already requested to canellation online via form but Online Shop I can’t continue so I select “sonstiges”.
please help me on this issue and cancel my contract as soon as possible. I am not liable to pay anything which i don’t agree.
New: I received an email that “Auftrag zurückgenommen.” The Auftrag nummer is changed from the number one which is unauthoroized made by someone.

@user_6d1808 Thank you for the pleasant call, I assumed you wanted call at 08:00 am.
I can confirm that your current contract MagentaZuhause M Flex is unchanged. You have the same cancellation and contract period as before and there will be no extra costs or services.
There was an order in the system to add the option for MagentaTV Flex Option, but it was rolled back and has no effect on your contract.
