How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

UHD Inhalte in ZDF Mediathek mit MagentaTV One V2 nicht möglich

Mir fiel die Tage immer wieder auf, dass UHD Inhalte in der ZDF Mediathek zwar gesucht werden können, aber abgespielt wird der Inhalt am Ende nicht in UHD und HDR.

 

Betroffen ist hierbei nur die MagentaTV One in Version 2.

Wenn ich die selben Inhalte mit der MagentaTV One in Version 1 abspiele springt mein TV auch in den UHD und HDR Modus.

 

Getestet mit The Tourist oder Das Traumschiff Folge/Film Schweden.

 

Andere Apps wie ARD Mediathek, Prime Video, Disney+ und MagentaTV+ selber haben das Problem nicht.

Auch RTL UHD, ProSiebenSat.1 UHD können HLG HDR problemlos an den Fernseher übergeben.

    vielen Dank für deine Anfrage. Ich habe dir hier einen Beitrag aus unserem Telekom hilft Wiki mitgebracht. Wirf' gerne einmal einen Blick auf die Einstellungen. In der mobilen- bzw. App-Variante werden derzeit noch keine UHD-Inhalte von den Sendern zur Verfügung gestellt.

    Link funktioniert, bringt aber nichts, da das Problem nur mit der ZDF Mediathek besteht. Wie gesagt Prime Video, Disney+, ARD Mediathek Inhalte sowie die linearen Sender via MagnetaTV 2.0 werden in UHD HDR angezeigt.

    Ja UHD Inhalte sind mit der ZDF Mediathek weiterhin auf der MagentaTV One 2. Generation nicht vorhanden. Es wird lediglich in HD abgespielt

    Mit der MagentaTV One 1. Generation werden diese auch in HLG und UHD abgespielt

    Folge Inhalte bietet die ZDF Mediathek in UHD an.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
