Private Sender kein Bild kein Ton

Hallo zusammen,

seit 2 Tagen können wir keine privaten Sender sehen, kein Bild kein Ton und auch keine Aufnahmen erstellen.

Folgendes haben wir schon unternommen:

- MR 401 direkt am Fernseher angeschlossen

- Kabel gedreht

- Kabel erneuert

- Router Reset (20 Min.)

- MR 401 Reset (4* ein und ausgeschaltet)

- Umstellung auf SD

- Umstellung auf Stereo

- Senderliste (privat) erneuert

- Eins noch, ich hatte in der Vergangenheit einen MR 300, der wurde jetzt von der Telekom herausgenommen, da ich ihn nicht mehr besitze.

    Hallo @der_Lutz ,

    es funktioniert wieder!

    Ich habe alle Geräte vom Strom genommen und wieder eingesteckt, dann lief alles wie gewohnt. Wahrscheinlich ein Hardware Reset beim Fernseher, den habe ich nur per Fernbedienung auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt.

    Also nicht nur ausschalten sondern vom Netz nehmen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
