Sie haben ein MagentaSport Monatsabo angemeldet und möchten dieses in das günstigere MagentaSport Jahresabo umwandeln?

Sie haben das MagentaSport Monatsabo vor dem 05.02.2019 gebucht?

Dann ist eine Umwandlung des Abos nicht möglich. Möchten Sie auf das MagentaSport Jahresabo wechseln, loggen Sie sich einfach mit Ihren Benutzernamen, unter dem das Monatsabo gebucht ist, in das Kundencenter unter https://kundencenter.telekom.de ein und melden das Monatsabo ab. 

 

Hinweis: Beachten Sie unbedingt die Mindestvertragslaufzeit die Kündigungsfrist Ihres Abos.

 

Warten Sie die Kündigungsfrist von sechs Werktagen ab, loggen sich anschließend erneut in das Kundencenter ein und buchen das MagentaSport Jahresabo.

Sie haben das MagentaSport Monatsabo nach dem 05.02.2019 gebucht?

Dann ist ein Wechsel auf MagentaSport (Jahresabo) jederzeit möglich. Loggen Sie sich mit Ihrem Benutzernamen, unter dem das Monatsabo gebucht ist, in das Kundencenter unter https://www.telekom.de/magenta-zuhause/kundencenter/uebersicht ein. Klicken Sie anschließend auf "Verträge" und wählen "Vertragsdetails einblenden". Jetzt können Sie bequem das Abo wechseln.

 

Hinweis: Ein Wechsel vom MagentaSport Monatsabo auf MagentaSport erfolgt zum nächsten Tag. Ein Wechsel von MagentaSport auf das MagentaSport Monatsabo ist erst nach Ablauf der Mindestvertragslaufzeit möglich.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
