Hallo,
ich bin Magenta TV und Magenta Zuhause L Kunde. Möchte Magentasport im Monatsabo dazu buchen. Im Warenkorb und an der Kasse wird mir aber der Preis von 19,95 € angezeigt und nicht 12,95 € für Magenta TV Kunden. Bin selbstverständlich beim Bestellvorgang in mein Kundenkonto eingeloggt. Was mache ich falsch? Wie bekomme ich Monatsabo zum ermäßigten Magenta TV Kunden-Preis.
Schon im Voraus vielen Dank für eine Antwort und Hilfe.
