How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Hallo,

habe am 03.12.2020 Magenta Sport (siehe betreff) gebucht und am 04.12.2020 auch die Bestätigung erhalten. Jetzt wollte mein Mann heute Bundesliga schauen, aber dort bekommen wir immer nur die Meldung, dass wir Magenta Sport mit Sky Sport Kompakt noch nicht gebucht hätten.

Wie lange dauert denn die Freischaltung und ist da etwas schiefgelaufen?
