Wechselangebot Magenta Sport mit Sky Sport Kompakt

Ich  habe schon 2 Jahre  ein Abo  für  Magenta Sport mit Sky Sport Kompakt .   Nun  erscheint seit 2 Tagen

auf den Programmplatz von Sky Sport Kompakt ein Wechselangebot  excl. nur für uns Bestandskunden  (siehe Anhang) ,  daß man 

für 14,99 Euro auf Sky Bundesliga wechseln kann .  Es ist aber in keiner Weise möglich , dieses Angebot  anzunehmen

oder über ein Button zu aktivieren .   Ich habe schon im Kundencenter  mit  6 (!!!!)  verschiedenen  Telekom- MItarbeiter

gechattet  und keiner konnte mir etwas über dieses Angebot sagen !!!!   Wie ist das möglich ??  Wissen die Mitarbeiter nichts von solchen

Angeboten ?   Wie kann man das Abo denn nun wechseln/aktivieren ?

    Guten Abend @juergen.l66, bei dem Angebot ist ja auch eine Nummer angegeben. Wurde es unter dieser probiert? Man kann es auch unter der von @MP0602 angegebenen Hotline probieren, doch diese ist eigentlich nicht für Bestellungen zuständig. Hier kann dieses Angebot leider nicht gebucht werden.     Leider kein Gutschein eingetroffen, und auch keine andere Nachricht.

    @Spitzohr den Gutschein bekommst nicht du, sondern den gibt es intern, damit man das Angebot buchen kann😉 Schau mal bitte in deine PNs!

    der Gutscheincode kommt von Sky.
    Das bedeutet, wenn der Code noch nicht da ist, kann ich an der stelle leider nicht weiterhelfen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
