Magenta Sport Abo funktioniert nicht

Hallo,

habe gestern das Magenta Sport Abo gebucht. Da ich Telekom Kunde bin, zahle ich wie bekannt 1 Jahr nicht's dafür. Wollt danach ein Wiederholung eines Fußballspiels schauen, aber da kommt immer die Meldung "Abo buchen" ? Hoffe das Problem kann gelöst werden.
