Hallo, leider funktioniert die Anmeldung auf dem Smart TV nicht. Auf dem Handy dafür problemlos. Ich erhalte auf dem FS die Meldung: Du hast Magenta TV noch nicht gebucht.

Da ich kein Festnetz der TK habe, ist die angegebene Servicenummer 0800 33 01000 nicht nutzbar.

Kann hier bitte wer helfen?
