Hallo mir wurde bei Vertrags Änderung auf Premium Produkt 3 Monate big tv versprochen stand trotzdem auf der Rechnung. Habe dann Kundenservice angerufen der Kollege meinte die Kollegin die mit mir den neuen Vertrag besprochen hat meldet sich das ist ca 3 Wochen her es hat sich niemand mehr gemeldet
