Wie finde ich heraus, welches MagentaTV ich nutze?

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich würde grundsätzlich gern meinen alten Magenta TV Plus Vertrag auf das neue MegaStream ändern und dabei gern den aktuellen Angebotspreis von 77 € für die Magenta TV ONE nutzen.

Dieser Preis wird mir in der Paket-Auswahl zur Tarifänderung auch angezeigt, ändert sich dann aber wieder auf die ursprünglichen 169 € im letzten Schritt mit der Zusammenfassung zur Tarifänderung.

Weiß jemand, ob der Angebotspreis für die Box auch für Bestandskunden wie mich gilt? Kriege ich den nur bei der Hotline per Telefon?

    vielen Dank für das nette Telefonat. Leider kann ich dir deinen Wunsch die Magenta TV ONE 2. Generation für 77 Euro nicht erfüllen. 

    Alternativ kann hier die Magenta TV App genutzt werden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
