Big TV gebucht aber kein HD nur SD möglich

Hallo,

habe seit gut einer Woche Big TV gebucht. Habe heute den MR 401 erhalten, da ich nur den MR 201 hatte. Alles abgeschlossen. Habe aber keine HD Sender nur SD. 

Besitze einen UHD Fernseher. Bitte um Hilfe. Danke! Gruß Susi

    Ja ist auf HD gestellt im Receiver . Sobald ich zum TV Programm zurück gehe, sind wieder die Sender (RTL,Pro7 usw.) auf SD gestellt.

    Im Big TV sind aber die Sender wie RTL,Sat1 pro7 nicht mit in HD enthalten, dafür benötigst Du das HD Start Paket.

    schau mal hier, dort siehst du wo welche Sender enthalten sind

    Vielen Dank für die Info! Hätte mich besser informieren müssen. Habe nun HD Start gebucht und Big TV wieder gekündigt. Danke!

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
