Xplora x6 lässt sich nicht einschalten

Hallo, hatte jemand schon mal dass Problem mit der xplora x6 esim ?

Die Uhr lässt sich plötzlich nicht mehr einschalten. Laden und Reset funktioniert auch nicht. Bildschirm ist immer schwarz 🫤

Könnte es am ladekabel liegen? Dies ist ja auch nicht gerade günstig.
