Xplora X5 lässt sich nicht einschalten und lädt nicht

Hallo!

Die Xplora X5 Uhr von meinem Sohn lässt sich nicht mehr einschalten und lädt auch nicht mehr.

Ich habe auch schon ein neues Ladekabel probiert und auch ein anderes Netzteil.

Auch der Versuch eines Hardresets funktionierte leider nicht.

Was kann ich noch tun?
