Telefonleitung temporär abhängen für Arbeiten eines Kranwagens

Für das Setzen einer Fertiggarage auf unserem Grundstück muss die Telefonleitung temporär abgehängt werden (wir vermuten, dass es sich um eine Telefonleitung handelt). Die Gemeinde Mainhardt konnte keine Auskunft geben, ob es sich um eine Telefonleitung handelt. 

 

1. kann die Telekom bitte checken, ob es sich um eine Telefonleitung handelt und ob diese überhaupt noch benötigt wird?

2. wer ist für das temporäre Abhängen zuständig und wie erfolgt die Beauftragung?

3. wer trägt die Kosten?

    @r.foerste Wo befindet sich der Mast? Auf dem Grundstück oder auf dem öffentlichen Grund?

    Generell wird das temp. abhängen der Leitung durch die Kollegen der Störung aufgenommen 0800 3301000

     

    Kommt jedes Jahr hunderte Male vor, besonders bei Baumschnitt oder wie bei dir für Baustellenfahrzeuge. 

    Störung anrufen, Störung ohne Kundenbezug melden (bedeutet das du für die Meldung kein Kunde sein musst). Dann wird der Fall aufgenommen und geht an die PTI oberirdische Leitungsführung weiter. 

     

    BHS unter 0800 3301903 ist nur zuständig wenn die Leitung und Mast auf deinem Grund ist und dein Gebäude versorgt. 

    Dann wird allerdings auch eine permanente Verlegung mit Kostenpflicht aufgenommen und das dauert einige Monate.

    Hallo Ann-Christin, 

    Herr Härle war erstmal enttäuscht, dass er wegen einer Störung zu uns rauskam und gar keine Störung vorliegt. Er ist also gar nicht zuständig und kann uns hoffentlich insofern weiterhelfen, als dass er einen Kollegen vom PTI (für oberirdische Leitungen) informieren will. 
    Herr Härle stellt sich vor, dass die Leitung abgenommen wird und um unser Haus herum gelegt werden muss, um die Telefonverbindung für unseren Nachbarn gewährleisten zu können. „Natürlich“ kann die Leitungsumlegung nicht mit dem Termin der Kranarbeit zusammenfallen. Und wer trägt die Kosten?

    @r.foerste Die Kosten werden vom Besteller der Musikbestellung  übernommen, also dir.

    Hallo @r.foerste,

     

    @Gelöschter Nutzer hat hier auch nichts anderes geschrieben. Wenn es auf deinem Grundstück liegt, geht es über den BHS. Sonst über den anderen Weg. Aus deinem Beitrag lese ich raus, dass du dies bereits erledigt hast? Wann war das genau? Es kann etwas dauern, bis sich die Kollegen melden. Ansonsten haken wir natürlich gerne nochmal nach.
