Norton Password Manager lässt sich nicht freischalten Fehlermeldung 6144

Habe Norton Security Online von Telekom. Nach Neuinstallation, versuche ich vergeblich den Password Manager zu aktivieren. Auf der Menüleiste vorhanden. Nach anklicken des Symbols werde ich aufgefordert den Provider aufzurufen. Im Fenster Partnercode gebe ich Telekom ein, danach erscheint das Logo der Telekom und ich bestätige mit "weiter". Es erfolgt dann die Meldung: 2Server-Fehler , Ihre Anforderung kann derzeit nicht abgeschlossen werden. Wir arbeite an diesem Problem . Versuchen Sie es später erneut. (6144)"

Dies passiert mir mit Edge Browser im Betriebssystem Windows 10, sowie mit Fire Fox im Ubuntu Linux. In beiden Betriebssystemen hat es reibungslos vorher funktioniert. Was kann ich machen um das in beiden Systemen wieder zur Funktion zu bringen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
