Hallo, hatte soeben von einer Handy Nummer einen Anruf. Sie riefe im Auftrag der Telekom an, dass ich an einem Gewinnspiel gewonnen habe. Was mich stutzig machte, dass ich 1. in der App daran teilgenommen habe und 2. das Sie auch meine email Adresse hatte. Eine Mail sollte ich zwecks erhalten. Bin nun gespannt ob das Fake ist oder echt. Oder wie kann man bei solchen anrufen sicherstellen, dass sie im Auftrage der Telekom anrufen ?

    Mit persönlicher Anprache und auch telekom.de als Absender und nicht t-online.de?

    Dann sollte es safe sein. Viel Spaß mit deinem Gewinn

    wie @*Paz Vizsla* bereits schrieb, wenn Du ganz sicher gehen willst, wende Dich am besten direkt an unser Treue-Team. Du kannst auch den Header der E-Mail einmal auslesen und hier posten, daran sieht man auch, wer der "wahre" Absender ist: 

    Klick mit der linken Maustaste und gleichzeitig gedrückter Alt-Taste im Feld neben dem Absender. Danach erscheint der gesamte Header in einem neuen Fenster.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
