It's been 10 days without Internet! Is there nobody but AI??

I moved to a new address 'with Telekom' 10 days ago. Of course, all preparations were completed before moving. The next day after we moved in, an engineer came to visit us as we had promised, but unfortunately did nothing due to connectivity issues in this apartment. Two days later another engineer came to fix the connection problem and said it worked! But.... our internet doesn't work so far. No one comes, no one calls, no one responds except AI from whatsapp cs. AI asks and asks and asks, but there is no solution. AI doesn't visit us. It's annoying. I don't know where the person on the telecom can answer and reply to me. How can I be compensated for all this inconvenience?
